Our Designer: Gary Lyons

Gary Lyons has been working on bikes for fifty years. As a fifteen-year-old, Gary was hired by the local Harley Shop on the condition that he would not work on any bikes outside of the shop. He was fixing so many motorcycles around town that it started hurting their business. He’s a genius. Gary has owned his own bike shop, has had numerous bikes featured in magazines, recently won the antique class at Sturgis for a restored 1939 Indian. Gary had been in semi-retirement, but the ROAR opportunity enticed him to work full-time as a designer and master-builder. Gary has been working on our customizations, but his main focus will be designing the ROAR prototype bike in the upcoming year. Motorcycles are his passion. We just have one problem, he’s been having so much fun, we have to make him go home some nights

Assistant: Jacki

Our administrative assistant, Jacki Center, has the perfect name for her job because she’s at the “center” of a whole lot of ROAR activity.  If you’ve called our headquarters, you’ve probably had the opportunity to speak to Jacki.  Her past experience has given her the ability to know how to serve our customers, vendors and employees with a great attitude.  She’s worked in retail sales, the energy industry and as an administrator for a ministry.  Jacki also has a natural talent for photography (which we intend to help develop).  She’s already helped us get some great shots.  Jackie was the first official ROAR employee and helped the company transition from vision to reality.

Our Project Manager: Kevin

Have your heard of the show “Everyone Loves Raymond?” Well at ROAR, we say, “everyone loves Kevin”. Kevin Steinman grew up working with his dad in his automotive shop doing everything from mechanics to auto body work. Multi-talented, Kevin built Blackhawk helicopters in the military and ran their teams. He loves motorcycles (just like we all do) and his job is to make sure we get bikes out of the shop and on the road where they belong. Kevin’s abilities will help us keep on the cutting edge of technology. His wife, Leslie also does one-on-one tutoring for women who are just starting to ride. Sometimes women like to have a little coaching before or after they have taken the motorcycle safety education course and Leslie’s there to help.

CFO - Linda

Linda Fleury - CFOLinda Fleury has been a business owner since she was eighteen years old.  At thirty-eight years old, she has spent the last eight years managing the finances of a ministry, along with the finances of the remodeling business she and her husband own with combined incomes of well over a million dollars.  Linda has also worked as a financial consultant for several businesses and ministries, helping them establish systems, computerize their businesses and implement financial controls.  She is an excellent financial strategist.  Over the past several years, Linda has become a passionate motorcyclist and is excited about helping ROAR surpass it’s financial goals.
